This Refund Policy applies to software products sold by BVG DIGITAL, LLC.

Trial Before Purchase

Where a free trial is offered, customers are expected to evaluate the software during the trial period before purchasing. Once a license has been issued, purchases are final except as set out below or as required by applicable law.

Direct Purchases

Direct purchases are processed by FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC dba FastSpring) as merchant of record. By completing checkout, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply. EU and UK Customers

Statutory rights of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) or the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may not be exercisable for digital content once download or license delivery has begun, where you have given express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal at checkout. Any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by this policy.

Mac App Store Purchases

Refunds for Mac App Store purchases are handled solely by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are governed by Apple’s terms.

Chargebacks

A chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension or revocation of the associated license.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence apply.
